Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, a subsidiary of IES Holdings, seeks a full-time commercial Electrical Foreman to join our Pecos, Texas team. This role requires leadership over craft workers, interpretation of drawings, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

Responsibilities include planning labor, reviewing specifications, and documenting safety activities. Travel to job sites may be required; candidates must pass background checks and MVR as applicable.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of recent commercial electrician experience or related experience.
• State Electrical License strongly preferred.
• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
• Successfully pass pre-employment background check and MVR check when operating vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers; plans labor requirements.
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders for supervision area.
• Reports safety activities daily/weekly/monthly and documents them.
• Inspects quality and quantity of finished work to ensure specifications.
• Interprets company policies to workers; enforces safety regulations and proper care for tools and equipment.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems.
• Complies with all safety policies and procedures; travel may be required.
