Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical in Pecos, TX, seeks a full-time Electrical Foreman to supervise and coordinate commercial electricians, interpret blueprints, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Candidates should have 6–10 years of commercial electrician experience, a state electrical license preferred, OSHA 30, and the ability to pass pre-employment checks. Travel may be required, with leadership and on-site documentation emphasized.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of recent commercial electrician experience.
• State Electrical License strongly preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain.
• Pre-employment background check and MVR check required when operating vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers, plans labor requirements.
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders for supervision.
• Ensures completion and documentation of daily/weekly/monthly safety activities reporting.
• Inspects quality and quantity of finished work to conform to specifications.
• Enforces company safety policies and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems.
• Complies with all safety policies; travel may be required.
