IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical, a subsidiary of IES Holdings, Inc., seeks a Journeyman Electrician for our Pecos, Texas operations. The role supervises craft personnel, interprets blueprints, and ensures safety and quality across projects.

The position requires a state Journeyman license, 5+ years of commercial electrical experience, and OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain it. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent commercial electrical field experience
• Current state Electrical Journeyman license
• OSHA 10 or ability to obtain
• Pre-employment background and MVR checks where required

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders for supervision
• Confirms completion and documentation of project safety activities
• Inspects quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications
• Analyzes and resolves work problems
• Completes other duties as directed by supervisor
• Works from all types of ladders
• Complies with company and customer safety policies
• Travel may be required
