The ideal candidate has 4+ years in the commercial door industry, with strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills. AAADM is a plus; must pass safety checks and drive company vehicle when required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in the commercial door service industry.
• AAADM certification a plus. Strong mechanical and technical skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work at heights, with good safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial doors and docks.
• Diagnose door issues such as springs, hinges, and locks; welding training available.
• Install hardware and access control systems; ensure code compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear repair explanations.
• Maintain records of visits, repairs, and installations; generate reports.
• Perform quality checks to uphold high workmanship standards.
