Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the commercial door service industry.
• AAADM certification is a plus.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform precise measurements.
• Knowledge of door types, brands, and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of commercial doors, docks, and related hardware.
• Diagnose and repair door-related issues including springs, hinges, locks, and electrical components.
• Install and configure door hardware such as locks, handles, closers, and access control systems.
• Ensure all installed doors meet safety and building code regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes and options.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and installations.
