Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking laws and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Underwrites moderately complex loan requests to meet client needs while protecting the bank.
• Performs high-quality credit analysis to identify risks and mitigants.
• Evaluates loan requests and structuring.
• Complies with processes, standards and responsiveness expectations.
• Validates loan codes and ensures accuracy.
• Builds loan details in origination system with portfolio managers.
• Performs appraisal review if applicable.
• Adheres to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• May participate in special projects.
