Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics.
• Minimum 5+ years of commercial credit underwriting or risk management experience.
• Demonstrates strong credit analysis and loan structuring skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of bank credit policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Underwrites moderately complex loan requests to meet client needs while protecting the bank.
• Performs high-quality credit analysis and risk mitigation including repayment sources and collateral.
• Evaluates credit requests and loan structure in line with policies.
• Ensures compliance with bank processes and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in special projects as assigned.
