The Sr CRO leads examinations, ensures policy compliance, and collaborates with risk partners to influence sound risk practices. Qualifications

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Bachelor (4-year college) degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10 to 15 years commercial credit review related experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform credit reviews of complex commercial relationships across portfolio segments.
• Lead examinations, including planning, field work, communication, and reporting.
• Monitor portfolio quality and credit risk management practices.
• Identify emerging risks from review trends, portfolio, industry, and economic information.
• Identify key issues, determine root causes, and recommend corrective action.
• Validate management success in addressing key issues identified by CAS and regulators.
