• Collaborates with lending personnel and borrowers to secure collateral.
• Contacts delinquent customers and negotiates payment extensions.
• Maximizes collections and minimizes losses while ensuring risk governance.
• Prepares projections and reports, recommends non-accrual and charge-offs.
• Coordinates with vendors, including law firms, to ensure quality work.
• Maintains files and ensures accurate credit bureau data.
