Canto, a leader in digital asset management, is hiring its first in-house Commercial Counsel to build a scalable legal function from the ground up. You will own end-to-end contracting for customers and vendors, implement a CLM system, and drive AI-enabled review to accelerate deals while controlling risk.

Based remotely within US EST/CST time zones, you will partner with Sales, Finance, and executives across the globe, shaping data privacy, vendor governance, and regulatory strategy as Canto

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of legal experience in SaaS or technology.
• Experience negotiating commercial SaaS agreements, MSAs, DPAs, and NDAs.
• Familiarity with data privacy frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités
