Job summary

TRM Labs is hiring a Senior Commercial Counsel to drive the systems, agreements, and operations powering their global Go-To-Market (GTM) team. The role involves structuring and negotiating key commercial and vendor contracts—including customer agreements, SOWs, SaaS, and data partnerships.

Additionally, the counsel will lead legal operations projects to enhance the use of AI tools and streamline internal review workflows in a high-growth technology environment. Applicants must possess a J.D.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience at a top law firm or a high-growth technology company.
• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and bar admission in at least one state.
• Experience structuring and negotiating customer agreements, SOWs, SaaS and data partnerships.
