Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Lead Commercial Counsel to oversee all aspects of commercial contracting within a technology-driven environment. The successful candidate will serve as the primary legal advisor to Sales, Customer Success, and Procurement teams, handling the negotiation of MSAs, SOWs, and SaaS agreements.

The role involves standardizing legal positions, mentoring team members, and scaling legal operations to support business growth.

Qualifications

• JD required and active U.S. bar membership.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial contracting (B2B SaaS/cybersecurity preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary legal advisor to Sales, Customer Success and Procurement teams.
• Negotiate MSAs, SOWs and SaaS agreements.
