• JD from an accredited law school and bar admission in good standing.
• 8+ years in commercial transactions at a law firm or in‑house at a tech company.
• Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS, data, advertising, or partnership deals.
• Strong understanding of privacy, data governance, and AI laws.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (SaaS, publisher, data licensing, NDAs, partnerships).
• Advise on commercial and contractual risks with pragmatic guidance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and Finance on deal structuring and execution.
• Develop and improve contract templates and playbooks to drive speed and consistency.
• Identify and address risks related to commercial, data security, and privacy laws.
