Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on municipal/government projects.
- Experience as a Superintendent on resume required.
- OSHA 30 Certification preferred; daily safety walk inspections required.
- Proficient with PROCORE project management software and MS Project.
- Ability to write RFIs and manage submittals, and coordinate with owners/architects.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site construction activities for commercial and municipal projects.
- Manage subcontractors and lead weekly owner/architect meetings.
- Develop 3-week look-ahead schedules and monitor schedule compliance.
- Ensure daily safety inspections and adherence to OSHA standards.
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation with PM and stakeholders.
