Job summary
Sun Eagle Corporation is seeking a Commercial Building Superintendent for site supervision of municipal and commercial projects across Arizona. The candidate should have 5+ years in similar roles and proven experience with PROCORE, scheduling, RFIs, and safety programs.
The role requires coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors, writing RFIs, and maintaining 3-week look-ahead schedules. Full-time, onsite work; benefits include health and dental coverage, 401(k), and profit
Qualifications
- 5+ years of superintendent experience on municipal/government projects.
- Experience with PROCORE on resume; ability to manage project schedules.
- Ability to build a ground-up schedule using Microsoft Project.
- Lead weekly meetings with owners/architects and coordinate with subs.
- Write RFIs, review submittals/shop drawings, and ensure safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial and municipal construction sites from ground-up to completion.
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily field operations.
- Develop and communicate 3-week look-ahead schedules and progress updates.
- Lead safety walks and ensure OSHA compliance; enforce project rules.
