Job summary

Kovoro in Phoenix is seeking a Construction Superintendent to own the field from mobilization through punch list and certificate of occupancy. You will manage all subcontractors, enforce the project schedule using 3-week lookahead and pull planning, and lead daily safety inspections in line with OSHA standards.

You will also serve as the primary owner-facing field representative on quality and schedule matters, delivering projects on time and within budget with a strong collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial construction field experience, with at least 5 years in a Superintendent role.
• Experience self-performing and overseeing tilt-up, concrete, steel, and MEP trades on projects $20M+.
• Proficiency with Procore for RFIs, submittals, and daily reports.
• OSHA 30 certification required; First Aid/CPR preferred.
• Strong subcontractor management and conflict resolution skills.
