Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects in the Phoenix area. This on-site role manages day-to-day on-site activities, ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, and coordinates subcontractors as the primary field representative for the GC.

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction at the GC level.
• Proven experience managing multiple subcontractors and complex schedules.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, sequencing, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
