Job summary

ViaSun Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Concrete Superintendent to oversee construction projects in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead a team, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires collaborating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve challenges and deliver projects on time. Minimum five years of concrete superintendent experience in construction is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Concrete Superintendent in construction.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and ability to read plans.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and promote a safe working environment.
• Monitor progress and identify issues or deviations from plans.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve challenges.
• Interpret and implement project plans, specifications, and blueprints.
• Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment to site.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and daily logs.
