Job summary

Sun Eagle Corporation seeks a Commercial Building Superintendent to lead multiple municipal and commercial projects across Arizona. You will use Procore and MS Project to manage schedules, field operations, and safety programs, coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

The role requires 5+ years as a superintendent on municipal/government work, robust scheduling experience, and OSHA 30 certification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Superintendent on municipal/government projects.
• Experience as a Superintendent on a resume with municipal work.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; 310 Dust Control Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly meetings with owners/architects to align on progress and issues.
• Manage subcontractor scheduling meetings and verify look-ahead plans.
• Prepare 3-week look-ahead schedules and monitor progress against them.
• Write all RFIs and assist PM with monthly draw applications.
• Review submittals and shop drawings for compliance and timing.
• Conduct daily safety walk inspections and enforce site safety.
• Oversee all subcontractors and ensure work meets specs and schedule.

Job Description: Commercial Construction Superintendent

Sun Eagle Corporation is a 49-year old General Contractor. We build commercial buildings throughout Arizona. We are presently interviewing for a COMMERCIAL BUILDING SUPERINTENDENT for various commercial and municipal projects. Preference will be given to applicants who have 5+ years experience as a Superintendent building municipal/government projects.

Applicants must have experience as a Superintendent on their resume. Required experience includes: using PROCORE project management software, building a construction schedule for a new, ground-up building using Microsoft Project; managing weekly meetings with owners/architects; manage subcontractor scheduling meetings; provide 3-week look-ahead schedules; 30-hour OSHA certification; daily safety walk inspections; manage all subcontractors; write all RFIs, assist PM with monthly draw applications; review submittals and shop drawings, etc. Computer skills necessary.
