You will manage daily reports, site photography, and closeout records, while mentoring teams and maintaining professional jobsite standards across outdoor conditions with local travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction field experience
• Strong understanding of safety requirements, sequencing, and quality control
• Ability to lead subcontractors and enforce jobsite standards
• Working knowledge of scheduling tools and field reporting systems

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day jobsite execution
• Own or support schedule updates and field coordination
• Enforce safety policies and jobsite culture
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and sequencing
• Maintain daily reports, photos, documentation, and closeout records
