Sun Eagle Corporation in Arizona is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for various commercial and municipal projects. The role emphasizes strong scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and daily safety oversight.

Qualified applicants will have 5+ years as a Superintendent on municipal/government projects, experience with PROCORE and MS Project, and the ability to produce look-ahead schedules, RFIs, and tight coordination with owners and architects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on municipal/government projects.
• Experience as a Superintendent on resume required.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred; daily safety walk inspections required.
• Proficient with PROCORE project management software and MS Project.
• Ability to write RFIs and manage submittals, and coordinate with owners/architects.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities for commercial and municipal projects.
• Manage subcontractors and lead weekly owner/architect meetings.
• Develop 3-week look-ahead schedules and monitor schedule compliance.
• Ensure daily safety inspections and adherence to OSHA standards.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation with PM and stakeholders.

Commercial Construction Superintendent

Sun Eagle Corporation is a 49-year old General Contractor. We build commercial buildings throughout Arizona. We are presently interviewing for a COMMERCIAL BUILDING SUPERINTENDENT for various commercial and municipal projects. Preference will be given to applicants who have 5+ years experience as a Superintendent building municipal/government projects.

Applicants must have experience as a Superintendent on their resume. Required experience includes: using PROCORE project management software, building a construction schedule for a new, ground-up building using Microsoft Project; managing weekly meetings with owners/architects; manage subcontractor scheduling meetings; provide 3-week look-ahead schedules; 30-hour OSHA certification; daily safety walk inspections; manage all subcontractors; write all RFIs, assist PM with monthly draw applications; review submittals and shop drawings, etc. Computer skills necessary.
