Job summary

Landmark Builders in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a full-time Superintendent to lead field teams on commercial construction projects, supervise subcontractors, and ensure adherence to project plans, specs, and QA/QC.

You will develop look-ahead schedules, drive safety culture under the Landmark program, lead weekly progress meetings, and coordinate with owners, architects, and the project team while upholding Landmark's ESOP values and commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a commercial construction Superintendent.
• Safety focus with OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High ethical standards, honesty, and integrity in conduct.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams on construction projects, supervising subcontractors and Landmark personnel.
• Create and implement project execution plans for complex projects.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specs and Landmark QA/QC.
• Generate, maintain and execute look-ahead schedules for subs, suppliers, testing and inspections.
• Lead project safety culture and adherence to Landmark Safety Program.
• Lead weekly onsite progress meetings with subcontractors and Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings.
• Maintain open communications with General Superintendent, Project Manager, field staff, owners and others.
