Job summary

Landmark Builders seeks a Project Engineer to support field operations and project management on construction projects in the Southeast. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience from preconstruction through closeout and involves substantial time on the job site to foster well-rounded development.

You will assist with meetings, documentation, schedules, safety programs, and QA/QC activities, with opportunities to advance to project management or superintendent roles as you gain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Technologically proficient; experience with Procore or similar software is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent with coordination of on-site labor and daily activities.
• Participate in project meetings including subcontractor, Owner-Architect-Contractor, and pre-installation meetings.
• Maintain accurate project documents and drawings both on-site and in project management systems.
• Prepare daily field reports, weekly progress reports, manpower tracking, and production logs.
• Assist with development of short-term look-ahead schedules.
• Support site logistics and phasing plan development.
