Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as a commercial construction superintendent.
• Proven track record delivering high-end residential/commercial interior finishes on large projects.
• Safety-focused with OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams and supervise subcontractors and Landmark personnel.
• Develop and implement project execution plans; adjust to changing needs and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specs, and Landmark QA/QC program.
• Create and maintain look-ahead schedules coordinating subs, suppliers, testing and inspections.
