Job summary

Landmark Builders in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a full-time Project Manager for its New Construction Division. Based in the Winston-Salem office, you will oversee complex commercial projects from planning through delivery, including budgets, schedules, permits, and client coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree and 5+ years of commercial construction PM experience, plus strong leadership and communication skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders successfully.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years of experience as a commercial construction Project Manager.
• Knowledge of project lifecycles, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement project execution plans for complex commercial projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts monthly.
• Generate and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Secure permits, approvals and utilities.
• Ensure timely material deliveries and support safety standards.
• Lead meetings with owners, designers, and subcontractors.
