Engtal is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in Indianapolis, overseeing the full lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, and contracts while coordinating with owners, architects, and field teams. A proactive communicator with 5+ years of experience and proficiency in Procore is preferred. This is a growth-focused role within a respected firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, contracts, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams.
• Manage owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear project communication.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation.
• Review plans, specifications, scopes, and contracts.
• Track project schedules and proactively address potential delays.
• Identify and resolve project issues throughout construction.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.
• Assist with preconstruction, estimating, and project turnover as needed.
