Job summary

McFarland Construction US in Indianapolis seeks a Project Manager to lead multiple commercial design/build projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own schedules, budgets, and risk, coordinating with owners, architects, subs, and internal teams to deliver safe, on-time, within-budget outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial PM, a construction management degree, proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Design/build experience preferred; proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with preconstruction to manage budgets and schedules.
• Develop and monitor project budgets and timelines; ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet project schedules and quality requirements.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and respectful work environment on site.
