Job summary

Engelke Construction Solutions / Engelke Facility Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for commercial construction in Ohio. The role leads project teams, manages budgets, schedules, and client communications across multi-million dollar projects, with duties spanning estimating, subcontractor coordination, and final closeout.

The position emphasizes strong English communication, leadership, and adherence to company policies, with a track record of delivering profitable projects and mentoring

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of commercial construction building experience required.
• Strong knowledge of cost, scheduling, estimating, and engineering principles and techniques, as well as accounting principles.
• Familiar with construction methods and materials, installation procedures and tolerances.
• Strong English oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent all company values and ethics.
• Provide leadership and mentorship for assistant project managers.
• Create and maintain front end client communication on assigned projects.
• Communicate with Architect/Engineer of Record on design intent and construction recommendations.
• Manage estimating efforts and bid solicitation.
• Qualify subcontractor proposals and material quotes.
• Prepare and submit formal proposals and coordinate bid reviews with Senior PM and Exec team.
• Assemble project financials in company software and create/ distribute schedules.
