Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience managing ground-up and/or major renovation projects.
• Develop, manage, and track project budgets and financial performance.
• Manage project schedules, including baseline development and updates.
• Coordinate with superintendents on field execution and project logistics.
• Lead meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Forecast project costs and manage risk throughout the lifecycle.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, and documentation workflows.
• Strong communication and leadership across internal/external teams.
• Experience with construction management software and project controls tools.
• Manage closeout, turnover documentation, and final accounting.
