Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong track record as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a general contractor.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
• Work closely with Superintendents to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
