Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager with ground-up commercial construction experience in the Indianapolis area. Lead projects from cradle to grave, coordinating design, estimating, value engineering, procurement, and on-site construction to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

Candidates should have 8+ years in PM roles in self-perform spaces, Procore and Bluebeam proficiency, a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, PMP a plus, and a proven ability to manage

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years in Project Management for self-perform commercial/construction.
Experience delivering ground-up projects in commercial, healthcare, MF, K-12, retail, or restaurant sectors ($20M–$50M).
Procore and Bluebeam proficiency; strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication; ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from cradle to grave, coordinating design, estimating, value engineering, procurement, and field management.
Maintain safety, quality, schedule, and budget; report progress to stakeholders.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
