Job summary

Bryan Construction Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will supervise teams, manage budgets, and ensure safety, schedule, and quality targets are met.

The role requires experience in commercial construction, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office and construction management software. On-site work and travel to locations are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience as Project Manager or equivalent general contractor work experience.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience using construction management software.
• Experience partnering with subcontractors.
• Experience reading submittals and contract documents.
• Leadership, coaching and/or mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams, including PAs, Senior PAs, and engineers.
• Lead timely project buyout and coordinate with estimating.
• Review proposals/pricing from subcontractors and complete takeoffs.
• Manage project budget and cost codes; track expenses.
• Oversee drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and coordination.
• Lead project meetings (OAC, kickoff, internal) and safey reviews.
• Oversee inspections, permitting, change orders, and closeout.
• Coordinate BIM and subcontractor coordination; support quality control.
