Job summary

Bryan Construction Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Centennial, CO to lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

You will plan, schedule, budget, contract, and execute projects, serving as primary client contact to ensure success aligned with company goals. The role requires managing project teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring quality and safety across phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in construction management.
• Minimum experience as a Project Manager or equivalent in commercial construction.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience reading submittals and contract documents.
• Leadership/coaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop project staff including PAs, Senior PAs, PEs, and APMs.
• Lead timely project buyout.
• Assist with estimating by reviewing proposals and takeoffs.
• Manage project budget and input cost codes; track expenses.
• Oversee drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Lead project and team meetings (OAC, Preconstruction, kick-off).
• Coordinate BIM and subcontractor management for coordination and clash reports.
• Support safety and quality control programs; ensure compliance with plans.
• Oversee project schedule creation, baseline milestones, and schedule logic.
• Oversee punchlists, closeout, and warranty processes.
