Job summary

Bryan Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support field operations and office coordination on commercial construction projects.

You will work with owners, architects and subcontractors to ensure accurate drawings, timely RFIs, submittals and closeout documentation. The role involves coordinating meetings, maintaining project schedules, and assisting with inspections, permitting and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or similar field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• OSHA 30 or ability to complete upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and specifications and manage submittals, cost, scope and schedule impacts.
• Create, track and maintain RFI workflow and distribute RFIs to project team.
• Schedule meetings, take minutes and distribute minutes to stakeholders.
• Compile closeout documentation including warranties, O&M manuals, as-built drawings and final inspections.
• Capture, distribute and close punchlist items in project management software.
• Assist with inspection, permitting, and other regulatory requirements.
