Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar field, or equivalent work experience
• Extensive construction management experience with emphasis on group management, project management, preconstruction, and operations
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience using construction management software
• Experience leading a team of direct reports
• Experience managing multiple complex projects/teams simultaneously
• Experience working with different contract types (lump sum, GMP, etc.)
• Ten or more years of construction management experience with emphasis on project management, preconstruction, and operations

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach project team members to support growth and performance.
• Provide executive leadership and strategic support to the team, aligning internal teams and clients.
• Manage resource planning and staffing to ensure project execution and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating construction technologies and industry best practices.
• Evaluate incoming RFPs and project opportunities, leading go/no-go decisions.
• Support preconstruction across all design phases and ensure scope coverage.
• Set group goals and oversee financial performance and profitability.
• Oversee overall group management including P&L and budgeting.
• Foster a collaborative One Company culture across the organization.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and lead business development efforts.
• Represent the company in community and industry events.
