Job summary

Bryan Construction Inc. is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead planning and early-stage project development, ensuring accurate scoping and competitive pricing.

You will drive budgeting, estimating, and risk assessment from pursuit through award, working with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams. You will supervise estimators, direct RFP strategy, and manage bid documents, ensuring alignment with client goals and the contractor’s capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar field is required or equivalent work experience.
• Experience as a Senior Estimator or Project Manager.
• Experience using estimating takeoff software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Estimators and Senior Estimators and develop SOPs for Preconstruction.
• Manage full preconstruction lifecycle from pursuit through award.
• Oversee drawings, specifications, and RFPs and ensure bid accuracy.
