This role is pivotal in driving new business, managing relationships with developers, and leading the sales lifecycle from initial conversation to contract execution.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10+ years of experience in commercial construction, a strong background in sales, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in commercial construction (GC, developer, or program management side).
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, pricing, and delivery.
