Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM

Wage

• $80k annually and up, plus a commission base bonus structure

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial construction sector
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Track and manage leads, prospects, and opportunities through a CRM system
• Lead client outreach efforts including meetings, presentations, and networking events
• Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to develop competitive proposals and presentations
• Participate in preconstruction planning and strategy discussions
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming project opportunities
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and association meetings
• Support brand awareness and marketing initiatives, including content and campaign input
• Maintain a pipeline sufficient to meet or exceed annual revenue targets

Qualifications

Education, Training & other Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or project management within commercial construction
• Strong understanding of construction delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, CMAR, etc.)
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals
• Established network within the commercial construction industry preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
