Innovative Concrete, LLC is seeking a Concrete Foreman to lead field crews on commercial projects. You will organize daily work, direct crews, coordinate materials and equipment, and ensure safe, timely, and high-quality concrete completion.

The ideal candidate will have strong concrete construction experience, the ability to keep crews productive, read plans, plan ahead, and handle field challenges in coordination with the Superintendent and Project Manager.

Qualificações

• Experience in concrete construction leadership roles is required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to read construction plans and elevations, and verify measurements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise concrete crews, assign daily tasks, and ensure workers understand expectations.
• Plan daily operations with the superintendent and coordinate labor, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Read blueprints and specifications to ensure correct layout and installation of work.
• Oversee forms, rebar, placement, finishing, curing, and form removal.
• Inspect forms, elevations, and reinforcing steel before pours.
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure pours meet project requirements.
