Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Seven years of experience in financial services or regulatory field with three years in client complaint resolution or audits.
• Proven ability to produce well written complex correspondence.
• Excellent client service and problem resolution skills.
• Ability to lead, train and mentor on the team.

Aufgaben

• Review and resolve verbal and written client complaints professionally while ensuring compliance.
• Escalate trends and ensure timely case closure within SLAs.
• Serve as subject matter expert for complaint handling and provide editorial support.
• Onboard and train new hires; mentor less experienced specialists.
• Maintain documentation and participate in training for regulatory inquiries.
