You will mentor peers, act as a super user for the Complaint Management System, and collaborate with multiple departments to escalate trends and resolve complex scenarios.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent education.
• Five years of high levels of performance in a financial services call center, bank operations or retail lending function.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Effective problem resolution abilities with good prioritization.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide full resolution and response to verbal and written client complaints for centrally supported business units in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Ensure all client concerns are addressed promptly with proper grammar and professional correspondence.
• Mentor peers for complex complaint resolution and serve as a resource.
• Act as a super user for the Complaint Management System and ensure accurate data for reporting.
• Escalate complaint-related trends and concerns to management as needed.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and support the direct manager's team.
• Remote work on Saturdays and in-office on other scheduled days.
