Qualifications

• Seven years in financial services, law firm, or regulatory agency.
• Three years in client complaint resolution or regulatory/audit work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with editorial authority.
• Ability to lead, train, and mentor others in the team.
• Strong grammar and professional correspondence skills.
• Demonstrated multi-tasking in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide full resolution and response to verbal and written client complaints.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain mastery of the Complaint Management System and data reporting.
• Escalate trends and coordinate with management for action.
• Train and onboard new hires; support onboarding of staff.
• Lead and participate in meetings and process improvement activities.
