You will serve as a super user for the Complaint Management System, collect accurate data from teammates, analyze trends, and report findings while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Excellent client service skills required.
• Strong problem resolution capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize, organize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Team collaboration with off-site management.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete resolution to verbal and written client complaints while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Ensure all client concerns from a complaint are addressed promptly with professional communication.
• Act as a super user for the Complaint Management System and support data collection and reporting.
• Maintain updated knowledge of compliance regulations, bank products, and policies.
• Escalate trends and concerns to management as needed.
• Lead complex complaint scenarios across multiple business units when required.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and mentor teammates.
• Support daily team operations and assist the direct manager.
• Work remotely on Saturdays and in office on other scheduled days.
