Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Complaint Specialist to provide full resolution and responses to verbal and written client complaints across centrally supported business units. You will ensure regulatory compliance, accurate intake, and professional communication while mentoring peers in complex cases.

The role requires strong client service, problem resolution, and teamwork, with remote Saturdays and in-office on other days in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Five years of high levels of performance in a financial services call center, bank operations or retail lending function.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Strong problem resolution abilities.
• Ability to prioritize, organize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide full resolution and response to verbal and written client complaints for centrally supported business units in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Ensure all client concerns are addressed promptly with proper grammar and professional correspondence.
• Escalate complaint-related trends and concerns to management as needed.
• Serve as a mentor and resource to peers for complex complaint resolution.
• Work remotely on Saturdays and in office on other scheduled work days.
