Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Commercial Insurance Claims Representative to review and process commercial claims within your authority, ensuring compliance with policy terms and applicable law. The role includes analyzing reports, assessing damage, and preparing damage estimates.

You will interact with insureds, claimants, agents and internal teams; determine coverage, establish reserves, negotiate settlements and maintain complete claim files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in claims handling is a plus.
• Strong customer service and technology skills required.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and processes commercial claims within authority limits.
