Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college helpful.
• Professional designations (AIC, ARM, AINS) preferred.
• 5–7 years’ experience in handling property & casualty claims or agency/brokerage claims.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and advocate for claim adjustments across property, general liability, workers comp, and other lines.
• Coordinate coverage issues and policy interpretations.
• Review proofs of loss and statements of loss; manage client and carrier meetings.
• Monitor investigations, evaluations, settlements, and reserving accuracy.
• Interact with clients, adjusters, and internal teams; supervise defense counsel for litigated claims.
