Job summary

Foundation Risk Partners in Valencia, CA is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to serve as a strategic insurance advisor and primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of commercial clients.

You will analyze client operations and risk exposures, develop coverage recommendations, and lead renewal discussions, while negotiating with carriers to secure competitive solutions. A P&C license and at least five years of account management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of commercial insurance account management experience.
• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience with AMS360 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary insurance advisor and relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of commercial clients.
• Analyze client operations, risk exposures, and insurance needs to develop coverage recommendations and risk management strategies.
• Lead client meetings, renewal strategy discussions, and coverage reviews with minimal supervision.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, vendors, and internal teams to support retention and growth.
• Review policies, endorsements, contracts, and certificates to identify gaps and risks.
