Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Lead Operations Analyst, Commercial Card, in the United States. The role owns end-to-end client experience for modifications to the Commercial Card program and leads projects from initiation to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in financial services with Commercial Card experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Commercial Card modification packages including configuration, training and adoption.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders: sales, clients, vendors and partners.
• Articulate client priorities and set clear expectations.
• Create scope and plan modification projects, maintain transparency.
• Drive on-time SLA fulfillment by managing issues and risks.
• Develop expertise in accounts payable products to meet client needs.
• Adhere to KeyBank policies on resiliency and records.
• Comply with Risk policies and procedures.
• Travel limited as needed.
