Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Lead Operations Analyst, Commercial Card to own the end-to-end client experience for modifications to the Commercial Card program. You will lead post-sales implementations, coordinate with clients, FinTech partners, sales, and back-office teams to ensure timely, successful project delivery.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in financial services.
• Minimum 3 years of Commercial Card experience.
• Experience in client escalation management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and quantitative skills.
• Strong internal and external communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned Commercial Card modification packages, ensuring configuration, training and adoption of new solutions.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders including sales, clients, vendor representatives and partners.
• Clearly understand and articulate client priorities, objectives and expectations.
• Create material to scope and plan modification projects and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Drive on-time fulfillment of SLA commitments by promoting accountability and mitigating risks.
• Develop expertise in accounts payable products to address client needs.
• Adhere to KeyBank policies on business resiliency and record-keeping.
• Follow all Risk policies and procedures.
• Limited travel required.
