Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of Commercial & Industrial lending experience preferred.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Previous commercial credit background preferred.
• Proficiency in Horizon or similar Core Banking system and Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required.

• Lead/Recruit/Develop the Commercial Banking team.
• Drive business development and build a robust book of client relationships.
• Deliver extraordinary client experiences through personalized banking solutions.
• Collaborate with Private Banking, Treasury Management, and Wealth Management teams.
